2019 – What a year!
As 2019 draws to a close, we look back at some of our year highlights and reflect on the great partners and resellers that we have on board with us.
Throughout this year we have introduced new and improved developments such as;
New Planning Reports with FCI Capture Technology
You can now unlock the Planning information you need with our range of planning search data products for residential conveyancing professionals and search resellers. We are delighted to deliver two new reports with planning application data which is pulled ‘live’ from our supplier. With dynamic search buffers and using our innovative new FCICapture Technology, our planning searches identify the schemes that could be missed in traditional searches. Find out more
Upgrading your commercial reports
FCI Commercial and FCI Retail form part of our new commercial report range which helps to address an unsupplied gap in the market and enable you to provide an end-to-end solution to your client.
The FCI Commercial report is intended for commercial and industrial property transactions and includes contaminated land, flooding, ground stability and energy, and infrastructure datasets, as well as FCI partner Earthsense’s unique air quality dataset, MappAir®.
The FCI Retail report represents the best value on the market, and is dedicated to transactions involving smaller (<0.25Ha) retail properties such as shops and restaurants. Find out more
Fixed fee consultancy service
2019 saw us introduce a quick, cost-effective and robust route to investigate and solve potential environmental liabilities flagged in reports. Walkover and Risk Assessments are completed by FCI’s own in-house IEMA or CIWEM accredited consultants. Find out more
