Six Pump Court Environmental Law Seminar

Future Climate Info’s (“FCI”’s) Philip Wilbourn speaks at Six Pump Court Environmental Law Seminar.

Yesterday’s ‘The Liability and Remedies in Contamination Claims (Land and Water): A Seminar’ presented by Six Pump Court centred on identifying key points in establishing liability for contamination/pollution, and investigating quantification in the absence of authority.

Speaking at the event, FCI director Philip Wilbourn addressed the 30 strong audience of barristers and senior legal partners on the issue of diminution in value of real estate caused by contaminated land and environmental matters. Phil’s debate focused in particular, on the serious concern to the insurance market and all others, as a result of the significant reduction in the value of property which has been polluted.

Six Pump Court is a barristers' chambers with a proven record of high quality advocacy and advice in specialist areas.

The event is the third in a series of four environmental seminars held by Six Pump Court in Sept-Dec 2015.
